GROWER - some one who coordinates production plans and grows the food. Has at least 3 years farming experience and ideally at least 1 year in a management position already. Grows food for csa, farmer's market, farm stand, workshops, and events. Has marketing experience and can reliably sell and distribute high quality produce.
