2012 CSA Fairs Fair Locations Defining your CSA as "Specialty Crop" or "Non-Specialty Crop" CSA/Farm: NOFA-NY's funding for the CSA Fairs come from the USDA Specialty Crop Grant. Defined by the USDA, a farm/CSA with “Specialty Crops” grows “fruits and vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, and nursery crops (including floriculture).” If your CSA primarily sells items like milk, dairy, eggs, meat, flowers, bread, then your Farm/CSA falls into the “Non-Specialty Crop” category. Registration Fees Member & Specialty Crop Farm/CSA: $10 Member & Non-Specialty Crop Farm/CSA: $20 Non-Member & Specialty Crop Farm/CSA: $30 Non-Member & Non-Specialty Crop Farm/CSA: $50 Farmers: DOWNLOAD A REGISTRATION FORM HERE or register ONLINE HERE! *Registration note - if you are interested in attending two or more of the CSA Fairs as a farmer, we'll offer you a 50% discount on registration on the second fair you're attending.
