The
Saratoga Hotel & Conference Center This year the locale for our event will be at a landmark address among downtown Saratoga Springs NY Hotels. The Saratoga Hotel and Conference Center is perfectly positioned in the midst of downtown, Saratoga Springs. Located along Broadway in the heart of downtown, immerse yourself in the diverse pleasures that surround: within steps of distinctive restaurants, cafes, nightlife, and shopping. Just minutes from Saratoga Race Course and Performing Arts Center and 30 miles from Albany Airport (ALB) and 36 miles from Albany AMTRAK Station. Remember to register for overnight accomodations directly through NOFA-NY to get our special reduced and tax exempt room rates!
Due
to large registration numbers we have sold out the main hotel!
We have secured another hotel, The Courtyard Marriott, which is
a 5 minute walk from the Conference Center. We filled the
intital hotel on a first come, first serve basis. Attendees
registered at the Marriott have been contacted via email or telephone.
You will still register for the conference at The Saratoga, but you
will check in for your room at the Marriott. The contact

Driving: From the North: Take Adirondack Northway (I-87) South to exit 15. Take a right at the exit. At the 4th traffic light, turn left onto Rock St. At stop sign, turn right onto Maple Ave. The Saratoga parking lot is on your right. From the South: Take NYS Thruway (I-87 North) to exit 23, the Adirondack Northway (I-87). Then follow Step 2 below. From the East: Take Massachusetts turnpike West to NYS Thruway. Take exit B-1 (I-90 Bypass) to I-787 North, to Rte 7 West, to Adirondack Northway (I-87). Then follow Step 2 below. From the West: Take NYS Thruway (I-90 East) to exist 24, the Adirondack Thruway (I-87). Then follow Step 2 below. STEP 2: Take Adirondack Northway (I-87 North) to exit 15. Take left at the exit. At the 5th traffic light turn left onto Rock St. At stop sign, turn right onto Maple Ave. The Saratoga Hotel parking lot is on your right.
