Putting a Food Safety Plan into Action on a Diverse Organic Farm
Event Details
Join David Schummer for a look at Canticle Farm’s transition to GAPs compliance. David will discuss how they have established a painless but reliable record-keeping system (integrated with their crop planning system) that is the key to a good farm food safety plan. Farmers will have the chance to see Canticle Farm’s new washing and packing facility in action and see how the farm’s food safety plan has been implemented on the farm.
