Become a Captain!

Calling All Local Eating Enthusiasts:

To get the word out about the NY Locavore Challenge, NOFA-NY is looking for Captains to help recruit other locavores!
 
Captains should be passionate about local eating and be ready to hit the ground running this summer in efforts to inspire others in their area.  Captains will be responsible for recruiting others to commit to the challenge and helping to distribute resources from NOFA-NY around the state.  NOFA-NY is looking for at least one Captain from each county to be their county representative for this event. 

What's in it for you? 

Recruit 10 people and receive a complimentary NY Locavore Challenge ChicoBag.

Recruit 25 people and choose any item in the NOFA-NY store for your prize!
(Minimum of $100 collected). 

Recruit 50 people and receive a $50 gift certificate to a sponsoring restaurant of your choice.
(Minimum of $250 collected).

The captain who recruits the most individuals (over 50) will receive free registration to our Winter Conference!
