This series of workshops offers a way for home gardeners and professional, small-scale farming practitioners to become acquainted with the methodsand practices of Biodynamic agriculture. ● Raising Chickens in Your Backyard Garden Sunday, June 10 • 9 am to 4 pm
Learn about chicken care, feeding, pasturing on limited space, building lowtech,creative shelters, and working chicken manure into garden plots.
● Growing Fruit and Nut Trees • Sunday, September 9 • 9 am to 4 pm
Learn how to grow and maintain soft fruit and berry bushes and fruit and nut trees. Includes a pruning demonstration.
● Canning and Preserving • Sunday, October 14 • 9 am to 4 pm
Learn an array of canning and preserving techniques that will enable you to enjoyyour Fall harvest throughout the winter months.
