Why:

Catskill Harvest aims to educate the community about Slow Food Upper Delaware River Valley (UpDeRiVa) and Catskill Mountainkeeper, two local organizations whose missions Catskill Harvest believes are integral to Sullivan County's long-term growth and sustainability.

After all, without sane environmental practices and clean water, Slow Food doesn't have a fighting chance. 

Catskill Harvest will donate 10% of all Market proceeds brought in during The Slow Food Fair (12 noon - 4 p.m.) and split that amount between Slow Food UpDeRiVa and Catskill Mountainkeeper.

Take NY State Route 17 to exit 100, Liberty.  Follow signs for Rt. 52 west.  Take Rt. 52 

west through the village of Liberty.  After Rt. 52 turns at the traffic light, proceed 2 miles.  

Catskill Harvest Market is on the right, directly across from the Liberty Town Highway Department at the intersection of Ferndale Loomis Road.
