Genesee Valley Organic Community Supported Agriculture (GVOCSA) Sign-up Meeting

Genesee Valley Organic Community Supported Agriculture (GVOCSA) is kicking off its 23rd season with sign-up meetings, held on Wednesday March 16th, at 7:00 – 9:00 pm and Saturday, April 2nd, 2011, at 2:00 pm at the James P.B. Duffy School 12, 999 South Avenue in Rochester.    New members attend a short orientation to learn more about how Community Supported Agriculture works. Childcare provided. Visit www.gvocsa.org.
 
Be a part of the Organic Food Movement! Come learn how consumers and farmers work together to "Share the Harvest". Sign-up for a share of local, organic asparagus, lettuce, spinach, beets, carrots, broccoli, peas, harvested weekly, May 19th – Nov. 13th.  Vegetable distribution takes place at Abundance Cooperative Market on Marshall Street and food is grown locally at Peacework Organic Farm in Newark.
