Park Slope Food Coop Local Foods Tour

Join NOFA-NY and Park Slope Food Co-op members Marion Stein and Sarah Bendit on a Local Foods Tour as part of the NY Locavore Challenge.  They will show you recipes and techniques to make a series of dishes that use only local and sustainable ingredients from farms and food businesses with the greater NYC region.  All dishes can be prepared using ingredients found at the co-op and farmers markets.
