A Systems Approach to Energy Transitions: Land, Economic and Community Transformations - a two-day conference will be held on March 30-31, 2011 at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, Watkins Glen, NY. Primary audiences: municipal officials, professional planners, Extension educators, Planning/Zoning board members, community leaders and land managers.
