Position Title
Administrative & Marketing Coordinator
Position Description
4 days a week (Mon- Thurs) - 30-40 hours - Seasonal with opportunities to continue part time in the winter months.
Looking for a super organized individual with computer/design/marketing skills and an interest in organic farming! This position would be mostly based in the farm office and kitchen where you would coordinate several areas of the farm.

Responsibilities:
Create newsletters weekly to share recipes, promote sales & farm events
Coordinate social media with content from farmstand and field staff
Inventory & order packaging & ingredients for commercial kitchen
Correspond with customers via email and phone
Update website (squarespace)
Paperwork, printing labels & signs for farmstand
Kitchen record keeping & organic certificate records
Coordinate home delivery orders & package veggies/prepared food in boxes
Weekly bank deposits
Show new employees training videos and coordinate paperwork

Qualifications:
Administrative experience in office setting
Marketing interest & experience
Creative/artistic eye for design and detail
Interest and passion for health, wellness, and organic food!
Extremely detail oriented, organized & great memory for specifics
Ability & willingness to wear many hats and juggle projects in many areas with ease
Works well with a diverse team of people in a positive work environment (no drama!)
